Welcome to Festiva. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Festiva provides photo booth rental services for private events, corporate events, weddings, parties, and other special occasions. Services provided will be outlined in the booking confirmation or service agreement.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is not confirmed until any required deposit has been received.

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined during booking.

  • Failure to make payments may result in cancellation of services.

  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.

  • Festiva reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, or safety concerns. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund.

4. Event Requirements

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing adequate space for setup and operation.

  • Providing access to electrical power when required.

  • Ensuring venue access during agreed setup and breakdown times.

  • Obtaining any venue permissions necessary for operation of the photo booth.

5. Equipment Use

  • Guests are expected to use all equipment respectfully and safely.

  • The client may be held responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence, vandalism, or theft during the rental period.

  • Festiva reserves the right to suspend operation if equipment use becomes unsafe.

6. Photo & Digital Content

  • Photos, videos, GIFs, and other content captured during the event remain the property of the client and their guests.

  • By using our services, you grant Festiva permission to use selected event content for marketing, social media, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

  • Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify event organizers or contact us directly.

7. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.

  • Interfere with website functionality or security.

  • Use website content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Festiva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

  • Festiva's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by power failures, internet outages, venue restrictions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All branding, logos, website content, graphics, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Festiva and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
