Refund Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
At Festiva, each event is thoughtfully prepared and each date is reserved exclusively for our clients. To ensure the highest level of service, we operate with the following booking policy.
Retainer
A retainer of 25% is required to secure your event date. This retainer is non-refundable, as it guarantees your reservation and removes the date from availability.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable. As your event date is reserved exclusively for you, payments are not refundable once made.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If your event date changes, we will gladly apply your retainer and any payments made toward a new date, subject to availability, within 6–12 months.
